With more than 15 years of experience in HR, I specialize in the intersection of HR systems with a strong focus on Workday, people analytics, workforce planning, job architectures, and compensation.

Defining system architectures, roadmaps & cross-system processes, with a focus on data integration, reporting and analytics.

People Analytics & HR Data: Development of HR data models and analytics frameworks.

Designing standard, process & strategic analytics

Advanced analytics in Workday, including Workday Prism Analytics.

Job Architecture, Job Evaluation & Compensation: Design of job architectures, job evaluation models and compensation frameworks.

Development of grading and compensation structures, including preparation for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, with experience in established methodologies and tools such as gradar (implementation partner)

Operative + strategic Workforce Planning & Position Management: Design of position-based workforce planning frameworks for structured and transparent workforce steering.

Development of planning models and position management concepts, integrated into HR systems and data structures.

Establishing tracking and governance to manage workforce plans in growth and restructuring scenarios.
